Jamil Bolaji ENIOLA- President
Eniola, a Founder/President Hen Foundation, has been involved in United Nations Consulting, Conferences, Seminars and workshop around the world for the past 17years and founding organisations and supporting initiatives for humanitarian and social justice. With an intimidating credential, Eniola is equipped to deliver the goods, as he was educated in some of the best schools in the world.
He has an Advance General Management qualification from the University of Cambridge; a Leadership Programme qualification from Oxford University; a Master’s degree in International Relations from the Middlesex University; a Master’s degree in International Criminology from the University of Greenwich; an LLM degree in International Law from the University of East London; an Executive Certificate in Negotiation and Decision Making from London School of Economics; European and International Affairs Certificate from Diplomatic Academy Vienna Austria, an Advanced Certificate in Housing and Welfare from Trans-Atlantic College, London, Diploma in Computer Study from Manchester City College and a degree in Microbiology from the University of Ibadan,(UI), Nigeria.
Eniola was the former Director of Travels and Exchange All Nigeria United Nations & Student Association (ANUNSA) Youth wing of United Nations Association based in University of Ibadan. While he was the Director of the organization he was able to gained one on one meeting with the following countries ambassador of Netherlands, Canada, Germany, Sweden, Australia, Spain, France, Republic of Ireland, Egypt and Saudi Arabia. During this period Dutch Ambassador to Nigeria gave him special privileged as guest to attend annual queen day’s party at Ambassador’s residence which gave him opportunity to engage with Nigerian and foreign crème de la creme diplomats like Late Chief TOS Benson, Erelu Abiola Dosumu, Late Dr Beko Kuti, Mr Felix Ohiwerei, and Ambassador Walter Carrington etc.
In 2000 Dutch Ambassador to Nigeria recommended Eniola and his organisation to his country foreign Minister Mr Jozias Van Aartsen and Eniola was requested to attend that summer The European International Model United Nations Conference (TEIMUN) at International Court of Justice in Hague, Netherlands. Eniola was nominated TEIMUN coordinator with responsibility to co-ordinate delegates from developing countries most these delegates he developed their leadership skilled in stimulating three organs of United Nations then are now in senior decision making positions as Member of Parliaments, academics, civil society leaders, and employees of international organizations. He still continues to have regular contact with the TEIMUN organiser secretariat in Groningen Netherlands till date.
Eniola has been member of United Nations Association-UK since 2004 and he participates in London International Model United Nations, University of Cambridge Model United Nations, and Oxford University International Model United Nations. For more than 10years Eniola has been participating in annual International Day of UN Peacekeepers in London and in 2011 he represented Nigerian High Commissioner to laid wreath at Cenotaph London with other foreign diplomats from more than 80 countries in remembrance of fallen UN peacekeeper.
Eniola is a member World Assembly of Youth in Malaysia, Member International Youth & Student Movement for the United Nations (ISMUN) Geneva Switzerland, Member Action Committee for Peace Bonn Germany, Member Association for Innovative Co-operation in Europe (AICE) Brussels Belgium he was former steering committee of Amnesty International Luxembourg. Eniola has been occupying an enviable position as the Director of International Sales and Marketing at Jetcon Aviation Incorporated, London and also making a tremendous impact as the International Consultant to the United Nations on conflict management and resolution.
In 2013 he was nominated male personality of the year by Life Changers Foundation in London UK.
Brekka Marie Hartman-Director of Program USA
Brekka graduated with BS in Psychology at University of Phoenix USA and She is extremely interested in research about how to make basic needs accessible to the forgotten people in our community Brekka has been volunteering and working for non profits organisation for a little over 15 years now. In 2009 it was clear to her that after all her travel and research it still felt like she was not doing enough. Brekka decided she could do more and started her own non for profit organisation called Cause for Effect. This is an organization that uses artistic expression through dance to convey important messages regarding human rights.
Cause for effect conducted their first benefit dance concert in 2011 which raised enough money to build a well in Ethiopia. Brekka did a great deal of research while working with the bureaucracies and government to build this water project. She found a profound lack of human rights in many areas of these communities. During her travels she met the founder of Hen Foundation in London and immediately connected with his vision, mission, and drive to continue his mother’s legacy to help those in need. Since then Cause for Effect has worked to fund raise and provide assistance to the Hen Foundation. There is always work to do and together these two organizations plan on contributing to those who truly need it.
Brekka is also a creative Photographer a new and exciting project that can capture your events, moments, and important stories that you have to tell.
Louise Ford- Adviser/Director of Program Australia
Louise graduated with Bachelor of Arts Degree – Double Major in Aboriginal and Intercultural Studies and Social Sciences (included anthropology and sociology), a Graduate Diploma of Education (Secondary) and TESOL (Teach English to Speakers of Other Languages). I also hold a Certificate 1V Workplace Training and Assessment.
Since 1989 I have been involved in various activities concerning voluntary engagement with people from cultures other than my own but particularly from various parts of Africa. Initially this began with membership of the ANC Support Group in Western Australia during the apartheid regime in South Africa and led to my membership of other African community groups. In 1995 I initiated a ‘protest/lobby’ group in response to the activities of the Shell oil company in the south east region of Nigeria and the accompanying human atrocities and environmental devastation
Since then my engagement has been ongoing and consisted of providing support as and when required. I strongly believe in working with people to build on their strengths and encourage capacity building and self-determination with the aim of independence rather than dependence.
In 2014 I was invited to present at the African Woman Summit held in July at the UN Headquarters in New York. The focus was the empowerment of the African girl-child. As a westerner I needed to take a perspective that was respectful and that could be useful to others. My presentation was titled ‘Young women and girls in the African Diaspora – specifically those who arrive in Australia as refugees’. It was an incredible honour to be invited and a fabulous experience.

Western Australian Refugee Health Advisory Council – Member
As a member I provide information re health service provision as it affects people from refugee communities, particularly those who are newly arrived.
Bentley Armadale Medicare Local – Community Engagement Advisory Group (member)
The above is a medical service which provides a range of health care services across a large area. My role is to advise/suggest strategies around engagement with people from migrant backgrounds.
Refugee and Migrant Women Maternal Working Group – Member
This Group has a focus on maternity and maternal care in terms of health care provision.
FGM Interagency Group
Female circumcision is illegal in Australia; this Group works in an advisory capacity with communities and service providers to inform and educate both groups with a focus on health care.
African Initiatives Program – Vice Chairperson
I take a supportive position in this group rather than one of leadership and assist with activities and running meetings etc.. The membership is mostly African people who have come to Australia as refugees and who are building a new life in this country.
Mohamed Rafik Sadek- Director of Program Egypt
Architect-Engineer from Alexandria, Egypt. He graduated in 2012 from the Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA) University in Egypt. He worked for 6 months in CLUSTER (Cairo Lab for Urban Sciences, training, and environmental research) specializing in urban research and architecture projects. After one year of full time education, he received his his MSc in Project Management at the University of Greenwich in London, UK with a scholarship for academic excellence. His thesis discusses the reliability of the private sector in providing social housing projects for new desert communities in the Greater Cairo Region. Upon return to Egypt he took on the role of assistant lecturer at the MSA University in Giza, as well as working part-time in CLUSTER. With a special academic interests in Developing countries, there is an ongoing research on desert villages and cities and how to render them sustainable and suitable for its residence offering an acceptable quality of life for the inhabitants without endangering scarce resources and preserving the environment.
Olga Mncube- Director of Program South Africa
Olga graduated with BA (Hons) in International Politics at the London South Bank University, Where she was awarded Executive of Deans Prize for Outstanding Achievement in Subject. She has been involved with various charity organisations in UK with long time stint of charity experience in the South Africa her country of origin and Zimbabwe. She is passionate with humanitarian work like cooking for the homeless, elderly and vulnerable people in the UK.
Olga is continuing to pursue her Master degree.
Mimy Longagu- Director of Program Democratic Republic of Congo
Mimy was born in Kinshasa capital of DRC (formerly Zaire). She graduated in Finance Management and Marketing before moving to the UK in 2003 and graduated BA Events Management at the University of Greenwich. She is using her free time to assist less privileged and vulnerable people in the DRC.
She is committed to the foundation initiatives program in DRC with effort to bring positive support and change into her community.
Olawunmi Taiwo – Outreach Assistant
David Wardrop graduated from Loughborough University of Technology to join the David Brown Corporation to working in heavy engineering, shipbuilding and vehicle manufacturing. Later, he joined Hamilton Motors (London) Ltd, a motor vehicle dealer, to become Managing Director and Chairman during which time he chaired the UK General Motors motor sport team from 1981 to 1985.
At this time, he was also a director of HML (Engineering) Ltd, designers and manufacturers of hydraulic test and service equipment for aircraft, marketing to several countries.
Leaving the field of commerce, he has devoted his time to projects relating to the United Nations and similar initiatives to bring people together. He now chairs the Westminster Branch of the United Nations Association, the largest in the UK and has initiated several annual initiatives including the International Law Lecture, the conference to mark the International Day of UN Peacekeepers which includes the world=s largest ceremony to mark fallen UN peacekeepers and the We the Peoples film festival held in various venues throughout London.
In the 1990s, he coordinated the campaign for the return of the UK to membership of UNESCO, the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, bringing together professionals in all these fields. He organized conferences on Education, Tolerance, World Heritage, the UN Special Initiative for Africa, World Book Day, Literacy, the Free Flow of Information, the International Year of the Ocean and a Children’s Summit.
He chairs the International Friends of the Alexandria Library, a unique network supporting the work of the remarkable Bibliotheca Alexandrina in Alexandria, Egypt. Its annual meetings are held at the Library. Also, he is the Administrator of Strategies for Peace, a group of retired military officers working in the fields of conflict prevention and conflict resolution.
Janis F. Kearney (Personal Diarist to Former US President Bill Clinton at Oval Office)
Janis F. Kearney, publisher, author, lecturer, educator and literacy advocate graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville with a B.A. in Journalism, and completed 30 graduate level hours at UA Fayetteville, and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, in public administration, and Journalism.
From 1993-1995, she served as Director of Public Communications for the U.S. Small Business Administration, managing and supervising the national communications offices of the federal agency. She was also responsible for the agency’s national media coordination, including new product rollouts, briefing and preparing SBA Administrator for all media interviews, coordinating press conferences, and all other media events. Also supervised, trained and evaluated all regional information directors.
From 1995-2001, She served as Personal Diarist and Historian for President William Jefferson Clinton. In this role, she documented the living history of the Clinton Presidency. As the country’s first personal diarist to a U.S. President, she also served as White House liaison to the U.S. National Archive’s presidential records office. Participated in high-level meetings led by President, and attended events hosted by the President. Also participated in White House management meetings, and worked closely with White House Information and Records Management office – an extension of the National Archives – to help collect and maintain Presidential records for future presidential library. Continued in role as personal diarist to the President throughout six-month tenure of Presidential Transition Office, January – June 2001
In 2001, she was selected and served two years as a Fellow, at Harvard’s Center for African and African American Studies, where she began research and writing her oral biography of America’s 42nd President, William Jefferson Clinton – interviewing over 100 African Americans around the country about the Clinton Legacy.
In 2003, she served as Chancellor’s Lecturer for the Chicago City Colleges, where she was responsible for lecturing at the seven Chicago City Colleges.
In 2004, she was appointed and served two years as a Humanities Fellow at Chicago’s DePaul University Center for the Humanities, which included class lectures, and the creation and coordination of a special Humanities project
Kearney and her husband Bob J. Nash co-founded Writing our World Publishing (WOW! Press), a micropublishing company, in 2004. Publications include: Critically acclaimed Cotton Field of Dreams: A Memoir; Quiet Guys Do Great Things, Too – as told by Frank Ross; Conversations: William Jefferson Clinton…from Hope to Harlem: Once Upon a Time there was a Girl: a Murder at Mobile Bay; Something to Write Home About: Memories from a Presidential Diarist; Black Classical Musicians in Philadelphia, by Elaine Mack; and Daisy: Between a Rock and a Hard Place, a biography of civil rights leader Daisy Lee Bates. Kearney’s most recent memoir, Sundays with TJ: 100 Years of Memories on Varner Road, features the late TJ Kearney, 107-year old Kearney patriarch.
In 2007, she was appointed to a one-year Visiting Humanities and Political Science Professorship at Arkansas State University (ASU), teaching Memoir Writing, Writing Arkansas Culture, The Clinton Presidency, and the American Presidency: Inside the White House. Also selected as Annual presenter for ASU Lecture Series; and coordinated a campus-community special Humanities program, in spring 2007.
In 1987, she was hired by Publisher Daisy Gatson Bates as Managing Editor of Arkansas State Press Newspaper, founded by the civil rights legends, and her husband L.C. Bates. In this role, she supervised day to day newspaper operations, until 1988 she became Publisher and Owner of the Arkansas State Press with overall responsibility for the operation of the company, which included hiring and supervision of all full time and part-time staff, development and building creating new image for the newspaper, and expanding into new market niches. In 1991, Kearney was elected by publisher colleagues to the board of directors for the National Newspaper Publishers Association.
Part-time and Consulting positions have included: Serving as Public Affairs Consultant,
1989-90, for Little Rock Job Corps, working with agency director and staff to create long term communications plans; and for producing and distributing organization’s monthly newsletter; Public Affairs Consultant for the Arkansas AT&T office, in 1990, responsible for producing an employee brochure for statewide distribution and use. Writing Consultant and Oral Historian for the Arkansas Department of Cultural Heritage, which included travel throughout the Arkansas delta interviewing African Americans about their lives in the Delta; and researching the history of all aspects of Arkansas’ delta region, for use in the Delta Cultural Center.
Kearney’s volunteer work, has included memberships with: Arkansas’ Literacy Board, the Community Advocates for Racial Equity, Governor Clinton’s Committee on Secondary Education, and the Arkansas Endowment for the Humanities’ Library Project, Civil Rights in Arkansas: ‘The Long Shadow Over Little Rock,” Revisited. She was also selected, in 2002, as the State of Illinois Arts and Humanities Council’s Roads Scholar, which included lecturing on literary and historical subjects, including her own memoir and biographies.
Other recognitions: Arkansas Black Democratic Caucus Community Service Award, 1988; NAACP’s Fair Share Award, 1991; Arkansas’ Small Business Administration’s Minority Business Award, 1992; the PUSH for Excellence Awardfor outstanding contributions in the area of communications in January, 2003; induction into the History Makers archives of outstanding African American leaders, 2003; One of the first recipients of the Silas Hunt Legacy Award from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, in 2006; and Selection as one of six University of Arkansas Outstanding Alumni Awards, in 2006. Recipient of 2008 Community Service Award, from the Arkansas Land and Farm Development Corporation; and the University of Arkansas Journalism Lemke Award, in 2009.
Currently, she serves on the boards of: Arkansas Women’s Foundation of Arkansas, the
National Association of University Women – Little Rock Metro Branch; Celebrate Maya!
Project; and Life Quest.
